Snowflakes

If all of the snowflakes were chocolate bars and milkshakes,
Oh what a snow it would be!
I'd go outside with my mouth open wide,
Ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah!

This is what we saw when we came out of church today,
the snowflakes were HUGE!
...at least Jayna is still enjoying the snow.

10 months old

This has been a big month for Kepler! He learned how to wave bye-bye and clap his hands, and he cut 2 more teeth on top. He also started army crawling/scooting around and then started crawling for real last week. He likes to babble, "da-da", "ma-ma" and "na-na" are some of his favourite words.

He still weighs 18 lbs. and is 27 inches, he hasn't grown at all since last month.
Although I don't see how this is possible since he has a big appetite. He will eat almost anything and is so focused when he's eating. He usually opens his mouth as wide as he can for each bite, which makes him so easy to feed!
Kepler loves this white blanket. As soon as he gets in his crib he reaches for it and immediately starts sucking his thumb and snuggling it.

Catching Up

This is what our last couple weeks have looked like:

Having fun in the bath

Rockband
Gibb and his brother Brett get pretty into it...

Mr. Potato Head
Some of Jayna's latest creations

Snack Tray

I got this awesome idea from a friend's blog, so far it's been a hit

Almost crawling

He wants to do it so bad and is really close, but not quite there yet

Potty training (sorry no pictures)

Last, but not least! Jayna is somewhat potty trained. It was an interesting couple weeks and she is a very stubborn girl. Already looking back I would say it wasn't that bad, but at the time I was singing a different tune. Jayna now likes to happily announce to people: "I go pee-pee on the potty!" We've had a surprisingly little amount of accidents since the first week, and I don't think I'm that excited about her actually being potty trained, but just more relieved that it's sort of over...for now. She sure seems like a big girl with a little bum :)
