 Kepler found one of Jayna's old pull ups, haha! Maybe we'll have to potty train him soon.

Bouncy Houses Galore

Another weekend, another free bouncy house. That seems to be the way it is here in Fort McMurray, and I'm not complaining. Always a good way to have fun inside in the winter.

Baby bump

Jayna is having a baby girl in 1 day. She's either going to name the baby Braces-toothpick or Smartie.

Almost every day Jayna inspects my belly and asks me if it's any bigger. I think she just expects me to wake up with a huge belly one day, kind of like this.

Kepler has a new favourite game he likes to play at meal times. He says "Let's talk about baby." So I start out by saying "My baby likes to eat cereal (or whatever we happen to be eating)." Then Kepler says "I have a baby in my tummy and my baby likes to eat cereal too." Then him and Jayna start saying all the things their baby likes to eat and it usually gets pretty silly and ends up with things like fish (as in our pet fish), forks, socks, etc.

Science Centre

We took the kids to the science centre on Family Day and it was a good little outing. They were a little young for it, but Gibb was super excited about doing science with them and explaining stuff to them. 

Kepler's Kitchen

Valentine's Day

 For Valentine's Day at preschool Jayna got to decorate a special box to get all her valentine's from her friends.

I had a leftover mini cake from making cupcakes for preschool so I let Jayna go to town decorating it however she wanted to. She loved this, she definitely has a creative side.

Fancy Hair

 Jayna's hair is SO long. I don't know what to do with it sometimes. These braids look kind of cute and they stay in for a couple days.

 

And then she gets to have cute "fancy" hair after, win-win!
